In 1996, as experienced home care nurses, we established Harbor Health Services. Even as nurses we had problems locating help for our elderly parents whom we thought would "never forget our names, forget to take their pills, change their clothes or eat." We had searched for the ideal solution for our parents and knew that home care was the best alternative to being in an institution.
