Michael comes to us with a strong background in business management and experience working with persons with disabilities. Michael has worked in a Group home setting, but also has enabled staff with disabilities to reach their employment goals. Michael feels the hard work involved with supporting a person with disabilities to overcome their low level of self confidence and to succeed in their community has a payoff that is absolutely worth it.
