Influence national, regional and local policy-making by raising awareness of the causes, consequences and nature of both homelessness and housing support needs within the region.
Link with existing and, where appropriate, initiate regional forums on homelessness and related issues that include service users, volunteers and workers.
Encourage practical support from local communities both for homeless people and for those who were previously homeless but now moving into new tenancies, but who were previously homeless.
