In the latter part of 1999, the members conducted due diligence to determine the feasibility of establishing H2ML into a viable Limited Liability Corporation. The results of that analysis were highly favorable, and in the second quarter of 2000 Hall & Huisingh Marketing, LLC was legally formed.
In the first quarter of 2001 H2ML was asked to joing the Muskegon Chamber of Commerce Technology Committe and introduced high speed internet services to the region including DSL and the first wireless internet connection.
In September of 2002, H2ML, Inc. brought website hosting services into the company by establishing its own servers: ns1.h2ml.com and ns2.h2ml.com.
