Genesee Valley Rural Preservation Council, Inc. (GVRPC) is a fully independent, not-for-profit corporation, established in 1982 to carry out housing development,property management and related services in western New York. GVRPC administers home ownership programs and home repair programs to help people of modest incomes purchase their first home or repair a home that is already owned. GVRPC also owns and manages 288 elderly, disabled, and family apartments.
