I have been in the construction business since the late 70's, working for various contractors in high school and college that worked with my father, an architect in Savannah, GA. After undergraduate school, I began work in Jacksonville, Florida with a large production homebuilder as an estimator and purchasing agent for the construction of over 1,000 homes per year.
