Description
Gulfshore Midstream, LLC and its affiliates own and operate natural gas gathering pipelines, primarily in the Gulf of Mexico. The Company was formed in June 2001, and in October 2001 the Company, through its limited partnership Gulfshore Midstream Pipelines, Ltd., acquired nine gathering systems. Operations extend from the western to the central Gulf of Mexico in water depths ranging from 50 to 450 feet.
Gulfshore’s assets gather natural gas from producing platforms and deliver that production into the interstate pipeline grid. Service is provided to a dozen production companies through Gulfshore’s 110 miles of 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16-inch pipelines.
Gulfshore Midstream is actively seeking new gas and oil pipeline acquisitions while maintaining its dedication to providing high quality service on its existing assets.
