Let me take a bit of your time to tell you about myself. I was born and raised a School Teacher's son in a small west coast town in Florida named Palmetto. Both of my parents are artists and now reside in Asheville, NC where my dad enjoys working in Stained Glass and my mom enjoys working in Oils and Pastels.
After a distinguished career in the United States Coast Guard I decided to pursue my life's dream of photography. My wife Elizabeth and I decided to make Murrells Inlet, South Carolina our new home. Thanks to the Coast Guard I was able to travel and photograph in many parts of the United States and I still continue to do so today. My photographic interests include Nature, Wildlife and Architectural subjects. My favorite being Wetland Photography. You can be sure to find me at a local pond enjoying my favorite though not exclusive subject. In the Coast Guard some of my job assignments were maintaining Lighthouses, thus you will also find a large collection of Lighthouse Photography in my portfolio.
