Coldwell Banker GSM Realty has been is business since 1983. (Although the Coldwell Banker® was not added until later.) The office has always been in Gatlinburg, TN.
In 1988 the company purchased a Coldwell Banker® franchise. Hence Coldwell Banker® GSM Realty was born and that is when the Coldwell Banker® System was introduced to the Gatlinburg, Tennessee area. The office has been in the same building on Highway 321 for over 12 years.
In the spring of 2002 the company was acquired by the present owner. The owner has brought about many positive changes, within the company. We now do free virtual tours on all of our residential listings, and home facts are in place to give telephone information on all of our office listed properties.
