We ship most orders via UPS ground. Orders usually ship in 1 or 2 business days. In stock items ship the same or next business day. International orders, and orders to Hawaii and Alaska, will include an additional $25 charge. Grills cannot be shipped internationally at this time. Gold and Silver Grills will be delivered via freight truck. Shipping charges are figured by the following shipping table:
Orders from the state of Arkansas are subject to a 7.5% sales tax. Orders from the state of Missouri are subject to a 5.1% tax.
All returns, other than shipping damaged goods or incorrect shipments, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS. NO POSTAGE DUE RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR SHIPPING CHARGES. REFUSED SHIPMENTS WILL ALSO BE CHARGED 15% RE-STOCKING FEE AND WILL BE CREDITED LESS SHIPPING FEES.
