Opened in the fall of 2000 by Wendy, Tom and Jason Himberger. We built the Grillhouse to provide West "O" an opportunity to escape the ordinary. We are not a national chain and we don't consider ourselves fine dining. We've created a restaurant that is contemporary and upscale while being warm and comfortable ( filled with local works of art, leather furniture, a 40ft bar and candles).
Our product is based on freshness and friendliness. To obtain this we go to great lengths, such as importing our jerk seasoning directly from Jamaica. We offer the best meat and poultry available. It is specifically cut and aged for the Grillhouse.
With quality products and great recipes ( We collaborated with Glen Wheeler whom I believe is the best chef in town). We make everything from scratch and for freshness everything is made to order. Service is friendly and either Wendy, Tom, or I are always around to ensure a pleasant experience. We intend to build our business one regular at a time.
