Great River Economic Development Foundation is a private, not-for-profit corporation serving Quincy and Adams County, Illinois. We also collaborate regionally with Western Illinois, Northeast Missouri and Southeast Iowa. Our first priority is to retain existing businesses and help them grow. We also assist prospective businesses, site consultants and entrepreneurs, and take the lead in a variety of initiatives that contribute to our outstanding quality of life.
