Grandview Title Services, LLC was founded by Dan Whalen and Jody Whalen in 2003. Initially, GTS offices were located in Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky. In 2006, we moved our offices to the Clifton area of Cincinnati, Ohio in order to be more centrally located for customers in both Ohio and Kentucky. We are experts in the complex issues and nuances of all types of real estate transactions. Immediate personal attention, exceptional service and education are our primary objectives.
