Graffiti Audio-Video was opened in 1977 as a specialty music store that catered to oldies music from the 1950’s and 1960’s. Our success and growth in that industry was grounded in the belief that if we kept the best music in our stores at competitive prices, then people would find our single location in what is now Georgetown Park at Wisconsin and M Streets in NW Washington, DC.We grew so fast that we had abandoned our location there within two years and our store at 2000 L Street opened in 1979.
