GiveMePower GmbH (formerly Felix GmbH) was founded in 1994 with the goal of delivering an affordable and industry compliant set of design and business engineering software tools that will enhance the way businesses operate. GiveMePower products and services are targeted primarily at millions of small to medium size enterprises (SMEs) and individuals who want to grow, prosper, and make better use of limited resources.
GiveMePower's industry role has been the development, manufacturing and global distribution of PC-based CAD software. The software is optimized for and fully integrated in Windows 9x/Me/2000, Windows NT and Windows XP.
The programs are licensed to end-users as well as OEM's. PowerCAD is a professional, stand-alone CAD-system offering a low price and is sold indirectly via worldwide resellers and dealers. PowerEngine (GDE - Graphic Developer's Engine) is licensed as a CAD-engine to OEM-partners. PowerEngine (GDE) serves as the kernel for the development of the OEM-partner's own CAD-applications. GiveMePower products include PowerCAD, FelixCAD LT, the PowerEngine (GDE) Software Development System and PowerCAD CE - the world's first full-powered CAD and development system for the exploding world of Windows CE mobile/wireless computing.
