Graco is a global brand that has been in existence for nearly 60 years. However, in 1942, when Graco Metal Products was launched in Philadelphia, USA it did not make products for babies. In the first 11 years of its life, Graco made machine and car parts for local manufacturers. When one of the founders left, the remaining partner decided to make his own line of products. At that time, one of Graco's employees, David Saint worked as an engineer and stained glass artisan for the brand.
