GoodNightSleepTight provides a full refund for any merchandise that is returned within 14 days of purchase. In order to coordinate a return please call our customer service line and a representative will assist you in obtaining a return authorization number. All returns require a return authorization number. A full refund will be refunded on your credit card however, we do not refund for ANY shipping charges. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. GoodNightSleepTight must receive all merchandise in the original condition before a credit is issued. GoodNightSleepTight does not provide refunds for the return of any bedding that has been used, washed or dry-cleaned. Please return all merchandise in the original packaging whenever possible. GoodNightSleepTight will provide a return shipping label if merchandise has been received damaged. Please report all damaged merchandise immediatley.
