Description
The Good Horseman® Foundation is a non-profit organization of experienced members of the dressage community including dressage professionals, instructors, veterinarians, trainers, competitors, breeders and judges.
The organization, founded by Ann Genovese in 1995, is devoted to the promotion, protection and preservation of the art and sport of dressage to its highest levels. It's activities are limited to the organization of competitions recognized by the U.S. Equestrian Federation (USEF) and the United States Dressage Federation (USDF), and the creation of educational opportunities such as seminars, clinics, forums, and scholarships and is a Group Member Organization of USDF: www.usdf.org
Its principle officers are Ann Genovese, Director; Robin Boggs, Treasurer; Karen McGoldrick, Director at Large. Other key people are Katie Patton, creator of our web page; Cherrie Bevers, membership chairman; Paula Harwell, scribes coordinator. Ann Genovese is GHF website editor.
