Welcome to the home of CrawLinks, a product ofTexas Cajun Sausage Company, LLC. In 2003 I started the process of developing a recipe for a Cajun sausage made from pork and crawfish tail meat. Then, my company, Texas Cajun Sausage Co. LLC was formed to sell and distribute my product. Subsequently, I was granted a trademark for my sausage and CrawLinks came into being.
