The web comic itself has been moved to the domain girlyyy.com. The web comic author, Josh Lesnick, explained that he was tired of people referring to the comic as "Go-Girly" instead of it's actual name, Girly.

- Otra/Girly - Otra seems to be the main character in this comic.
- Winter - Winter is introduced in comic number 2, as the daughter of the lesbian couple introduced in Josh's webcomic, Cute Wendy.
- Steak - Steak is a male who is obsessed with talking about his penis and does not appear to have any redeeming qualities.
- Autumn - A geeky girl which eventually gets married to Chupacabre in comic number 508.
