Global Link Technologies started in 2001. Our purpose is to provide small and medium size businesses with effective and professional web site design that gets results. We are a web design firm located in Portland, Oregon. Global Link was started by Scott Powell who lived and worked in Asia for nearly 5 years. The Internet was just catching on then, and he was captivated by it's global impact and potential for businesses to reach beyond their localities to the International market.
