The Glenmont Design team consists of brother, Richard Anderson, and sister, Debbie Seabold. Both have several years of experience in women's apparel. After earning their MBA's and working for others, the siblings decided to team up and form their own company. The company was started in February 2003 and the clothing is imported from overseas. Richard handles the sales, while Debbie is the primary designer of the clothing.
