- The Grove Lane Area Neighborhood Association (GLANA), formerly known as the Grove Lane District Improvement Association (GLDIA), is a Santa Barbara neighborhood association which has for the past 37 years represented residents who live between Hope Avenue on the west, State Street on the south, Ontare Road on the east and Foothill Road on the north. This area includes over 700 houses, condominiums, and duplexes. GLANA is part of the umbrella group known as the Allied Neighborhoods Association.
