Description
Glades Gas Company is a full service propane gas, appliance and air conditioning company, representing most of the name brands you know and trust. We are family owned and operated in all three locations and have been serving the Lake Okeechobee area since 1929.
We diversified into the air conditioning business in the 1960's when Carrier Corporation merged with the Bryant Furnace Company. We are one of the oldest Amana, Bryant and GE dealers in the State of Florida. In 1994 we became a full service appliance warranty service company, known as Authorized Appliance Service Company, representing GE, Hotpoint, Whirlpool, Roper, Kitchenaid, Amana, Frigidare, Crosley, Admiral, White-Westinghouse, Magic Chef, Maytag and Jenn Air. We presently have three (3) offices with 33 employees, in Belle Glade, Clewiston and Okeechobee. We work closely with builders and home owners in providing education and installation for energy efficient homes both electric and gas. Some of the new ideas include Puron Air Conditioning Systems, vent free fireplaces, digital thermostats and many more great products.
