This is a super secretive domain going so far as to say the site does not exist, so I have no problem describing who is maintaining it. Hopefully this will help you better get service, or at least know whether to trust them.

Apparently the software tags it as being copyright © 1999-2010, Fiserv, Inc., or its affiliates. But http://www.fiserv.com/contact_us.aspx so far does not appear to be related.
At first it was not apparent because fiserv.com is also super secretive. If they were not, I would not have been encouraged to see it through to the end, but would have found the answer of who owns the site quicker anyway.
