We are based in a converted apartment in the heart of Torrox with some of the best views you could imagine. As we look one way we have views out across the Mediterranean and the beach. The other way has views of the mountains that hug the entire coastline. We feel privileged to live in one of the best climates of Europe in an area that has everything we could want and is only a few minutes drive to the resort of Nerja and 30 minutes from Malaga Airport.
We are no strangers to the property market here in Torrox as between us and our family we have purchased a few properties in Torrox over the years. When we did it originally we were not lucky enough to have an independent property service so we used a standard real estate agent in Torrox. Although we are happy with our purchase and have no regrets what so ever, we do remember how we nearly made the wrong decision based on advice from an over zealous salesman who wanted a little extra commission from the sale of a certain property. This made us realise that when you buy in a foreign country you are somewhat reliant on the advice you receive from the agents. Unfortunately some of these agents are commission driven and are not looking after your best interests.
So after we had purchased our property we set about offering a service that would try and eliminate the stress and "bad advice". A service that would be independent and only work with buyers of properties in Torrox. A service that could recommend independent lawyers and not ones offered by the real estate agents. A service that would be on hand all the time and provide assistance when needed and could share their own knowledge of the area and buying property in Torrox.
