- Amy J. Gallant, owner of Forever Fit, has been highly involved in the sports and fitness industry over the last 16 years of her life. After having started her own journey towards Wellness at the age of 12, she has ventured into many different areas of fitness including Group Fitness, Powerlifting, BodyBuilding, Sports Conditioning, Post-Rehabilitative & Corrective-based Training as well as Pre & Post-Natal Training throughout her own pregnancy. Professionally, she has been training clients, instructing fitness classes and holding fitness - related info sessions during the last 10 years at various facilities in New Brunswick and, now here in Newfoundland. Amy currently holds international certifications as a CanFitPro PROTrainer (Trainer of Personal Trainers), Personal Trainer Specialist (Can-Fit-Pro), Sport Movement Specialist (Level 1, Twist Inc) and Group Fitness Instructor Specialist (YMCA). As well, Amy is a Mount Allison University Honours BA graduate.
