- My name is Paul Gerace. I grew up in Brooklyn, New York and now live in Manhattan. My father gave me my first taste of photography when I was much younger. He did his own B&W developing and printing and I often helped him in his darkroom. I enjoyed watching the image appear on the paper and then realizing that it was indeed a moment captured for all time. He gave me my first camera which was a Nikon F3HP. I am now using a Nikon CoolPix 7900.
