Our Mission
Geotech's mission is to provide database management and graphics products and services to businesses. Many of our clients are in the Oil and Gas and Environmental industries, both of which have large amounts of data needing to be managed. Much of this data is distributed geographically, and we want to help them manage it more efficiently and profitably.
Company Profile
Geotech was established in 1986 by Dr. David Rich, who remains President and chief application developer. Originally Geotech targeted independent and small company oil and gas explorers, who were just starting to use computers in their work. Over the years we have broadened our client base to other earth science organizations as well as businesses in many other industries. We provide data management and graphics products and services, with a particular focus on the integration of data and graphics and automation of graphics generation from digital data. The explosion of the Internet has broadened the interest in graphical presentations, and Geotech has responded by providing a variety of on-line and stand-alone graphical and multimedia services.
