Description
generationrice is an online magazine that strives to celebrate the Asian and Asian American experience. A new issue was released every 15th of the month, ten times a year for the last four and a half years. Forty-plus issues later, it is now officially closed.
generationrice hopes to inform its readers about the issues, the people and the events of the Asian and Asian American communities worldwide while revolutionizing the way the Asian voice is presented by using new media in the hope that all its efforts would inspire readers to act and react and contribute for the betterment of society.
An idea that began in July 1999, the first issue was released that October. generationrice was edited by cia_b while contributors all over the world made each issue possible.
