Description
There are about two hundred young musicians up to the age of 26 in the GCDYO. Its various sections are arranged to accommodate players who have just started music lessons right up to experienced players in the senior orchestras.
Each section plays at least one major public concert every year, and some participate in far more. In addition, the senior sections often make visits abroad in the summer.
