I started In lending back in 1991 in southern California, moved north to be close to my kids where I went to work for Norwest Mortgage which later became Wells Fargo. I left Wells Fargo for Ameristar Financial, and last year I started my own company GB Johnson Financial Services. I became a Real Estate Broker in 1999 and I obtain my GRI Designation in 2003. I received my e-Pro and PMN designation in 2004. I believe that everyone deserves a second chance and that is why I focus on all types of loan programs, A , Alt –A , and Sub Prime loans. I am a small company that has the ability to perform as a large company. I am approved with over 100 investors with state of the art technology allowing me to submit and receive approvals online within minutes of submission. I am also approved with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for electronic submission of loan files.
I have the experience and product knowledge to give you and your client's top- notch mortgage loan service. I believe that trust and confidence are the most important elements in any business relationship. They are certainly the most critical factors in repeat business. To me, there is no greater satisfaction than having a client come back again and again.
Experience is my strongest asset. There is no substitute for it. So when the situation is more complex, you have to be prepared for hard work and diligent attention to your client's needs. I have seen and handled many difficult loans through to funding.
