Gateway Realty, Inc. opened for business in 1985. Kenneth L. Carper, Sr., founder and present owner, involved the firm primarily in new home marketing and sales during its early years. In 1990, Gateway Realty expanded with the acquisition of a local brokerage company that specialized in residential re-sale property and relocation. Gateway moved to its present location in the North Pointe Business Campus in 1991 as a Full Service Brokerage Company specializing in new home marketing and sales.
