Garland's Digest on Employment Discrimination Law was launched in the fall of 1997. Initially, it was a subscription-based web site, whose subscribers included lawyers, corporations, government agencies and federal judges. More recently, it has become an ad-based web site that is free to the public. Garland's Digest is edited by Tom Garland. Mr. Garland is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee.
