Prematurity and stillbirth are global health tragedies that do not discriminate. Babies are born premature in all countries, and even mothers receiving state-of-the-art prenatal care can deliver stillbirths. GAPPS' mission is to lead a collaborative, global effort to increase awareness and accelerate innovative research and interventions that will improve maternal, newborn and child health outcomes.
