Kim Buehre lives with his wife and daughter in Gallina Canyon. He has lived in Gallina Canyon the entire 25 years that he has lived in Taos. He pioneered Gallina Canyon with other neighbors. After building and living in a small cabin with no electricity, water, phone and barely a road for a while, he and the neighbors worked hard to slowly bring in utilities, improve the road and to build their houses.
Kim Buehre is a licensed New Mexico Real Estate Broker (since 1990) and is mainly involved with property management for Alice's Attic Self Storage. His involvement with Real Estate sales centers around his own property and other properties offered for sale in the Gallina Canyon area.
Kim is not a high pressured real estate salesperson. You will find that you can work directly with him to negotiate a deal on one of his parcels of land and not need another agent. You will find him honest and fair and that he will take your interests to heart. He cannot be a buyer's agent obviously, but you will not regret dealing directly with this owner/broker.
