Gail Ross is a lawyer, publishing consultant, and literary agent. She negotiates with major publishers and producers in the sales and distribution of literary properties and their video, audio, film and other rights. Howard Yoon is the Vice President and Editorial Director of the Gail Ross Literary Agency. He also handles foreign rights for the agency. Yoon specializes in editing and developing book ideas with clients. He has more than 14 years of experience as a literary agent, editor, and writer and co-authored a business book, Begging for Change (Collins), with Robert Egger, which won the 2005 McAdams Award for Best Book on the Nonprofit Sector. He is also a regular contributor to NPR.org's Kitchen Window food series. His areas of interest include politics, current events, religion, history, and business.
