Barrow-in-Furness
On Tuesday 26th April 2005 the Barrow Council Planning Committee gave the go ahead for the development of a new Owl Centre on land adjacent to Sowerby Woods in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria.
We have worked closely with organisations concerned with both conservation and owl husbandry such as English Nature, Cumbria Wildlife Trust and The World Owl Trust.
The centre, when opened, will have facilities for a family day out, including:- a play area for children, food outlet, picnic areas, education centre and toilets.
