Good news; Mike took Phoenix last night and actually had a good night!!! I am so happy! It totally thrills me that maybe they will finally be able to properly bond it’s just fantastic to see and hear and nothing could make me happier they both deserve that from each other and it’s great that it finally seems within reach.
Since Mikey had the munchkin last night I was able to go out with my friends and now some new friends it was so nice. I was a little
worried about Phoenix but I knew she was in capable hands so I was able to have a nice time. I had a few too many and ended up having to go to my friends when the bar closed so I could eat and sober up then at about 4:30am I went home and passed out. I kept waking up and thinking about going to get Phoenix and then forcing myself back to sleep. That is until Mike called me and told me he was feeding her the last bit of milk they had. So I decided to get up throw on some pants and go get her. This was my first night ever spent away from her and I know it was way harder on me then it was on her. I now wonder how Mike does it all the time.
