- FACAA, the parent agency of Fulton Atlanta YouthBuild is a non profit community action agency in Fulton County, Georgia with a multidisciplined force of professionals providing services to enable low income citizens to achieve self sufficiency. Established in 1991, annually FACAA administers over (4) million dollars in federal, state; local and private grant funds for the planning and implementation of community action programs. Programs are implemented by the provision and mobilization of resources, the provision of access to the creation of public policy, education of the community at large and the provision of affordable safe, decent, housing and supportive services.
