Fullers painting (FP) was started in 1994 by Mike Fuller. Many people had told Mike that while there was a lot of painters in the industry to choose from, there was a lack of reliable people and quality companies available. At the time of inception, Fullers Painting and its employees had decided that the company as a whole was going to be different from so many others.
