Farmers Saving Bank was founded in 1894 in Beaman, Iowa, and was first known as “The Beaman Bank.” The bank was organized under a state charter as Farmers Savings Bank in 1908, and we have since added offices in Green Mountain and Marshalltown. We are owned by 184 shareholders whose roots are right here in this area. No one person or family has controlling interest of the bank.
