As a credit union, our organisation is made up of members, not customers. It means that everyone is a part owner of our business and as such, we are not responsible to profiteering shareholders. As a result of this structure any profits we do make are reinvested into our business to provide our members with fairer fees and charges, competitive interest rates on savings and loans and to continually improve the account access and services that we provide.
