Fremont TEN 2012 presents Environmental Fitness. TEN is a 4-day environmental education course for K-12+ teachers emphasizing outdoor classroom experiences at several sites in Fremont County, Colorado. The TEN course brings teachers and natural resource agency staff together in a coordinated effort to create an interdisciplinary environmental education program. The goal of TEN is to help teachers promote student understanding and appreciation of the natural environment by increasing local field-oriented education opportunities in the schools.
