Our Freeway are over charged. It should be Free. From balintawak to Valenzuela cost 36 pesos (oneway). They are turning residents of Valenzuela into milking cows. But in other sections of the North diversion freeway, charges are only 1/4 of that charge. Why does ordinary working class residents of Valenzuela needs to subsidize all other freeway users? The first 3 exits from balintawak cost the same. Freeway are suppose to be free or at least charged per kilometer of usage.
