- The Frederick Youth - U19 Rugby Club is situated in the Frederick Maryland area and has players who are as young as seven years old, and as old as eighteen years. Co-ed Non-Contact is played by the Under-11, Under-13, and Under-15 teams. Full contact rugby is played by the Boys High School age teams and we refer our U19 Girls to an area club, the West Carroll Marauders.
