About fOtoArt8.org
foto~ART8 was founded in 1998 by a group of photographers from Northern Ireland. The group is a non profit organisation with the stated aim of the promotion and development of the photographic visual arts through exhibition and example. The eight founding members are Alastair Bell, Gerry Coe, David Foster, Peter Hughes, Ray Magill, Harry Pettis, Keith Rolleston and Hugh Rooney. We are all members of Bangor & North Down Camera Club.
