Description
Forward Hillingdon Squad is a competetive Swimming Club that provides expert coaching in a friendly atmosphere. Training is designed to build confidence and expertise in the swimming pool, leading to a lifelong commitment to fitness through swimming.
All swimmers are encouraged to participate in club championships and are expected to compete in at least three inter-club galas organised by FHS during the year. In addition the coaches will invite swimmers who have reached a suitable standard, to take part in the graded and open galas that best suit their abilities.
Our swim development section caters for beginners and is held in the teaching pool, in small groups, on a Friday night. For more able swimmers training sessions are held in the main pool (see below) and cover all aspects of swim training.
