Roger Forss, President
Forss Painting has been in business since 1965. We are a family owned business and have been in the same location for the past 40 years. Over this time many family members have been employed with the company. Forss Painting is a business founded on the principles of honesty, quality, and customer service. We are leaders in our industry, striving to be the best in the business. Our employees are a proud group of men and women who enjoy and take pride in their work. As Roger nears retirement age he is delegating more and more of the day to day operations to his son Luke.
Luke Forss, Vice President
Currently Luke is handling nearly 50% of the business. He is in charge of the operational aspect of the business while Roger oversees the personnel. Luke began working on a part-time basis at the age of 15 while still in high school. At first he performed the most basic tasks and was able to learn the trade from the bottom. Under the tutelage of his father and the experienced painters in the field Luke is now a master painter. Twelve years of hands-on work in your chosen profession makes a huge difference in how you approach each and every job.
Len Pugliese, Chief Estimator
Another key employee is Lenny Pugliese. Len has over 30 years experience in the construction field with over 15 years of that time with Forss Painting. He is the chief estimator for Forss Painting. Because of his keen ability to properly estimate the extent of a particular job we have been able to offer our customers a fair price and accurate time frame for completing their job. This ability also insures that we remain competitive within the industry and enjoy a fair profit which has kept us in business for so long.
