- Palomar Chapter, organized in 1989, now operates four clinics, all of which can be accessed by car: El Testerazo, Tecate, Eréndira, El Hongo, Valle Redondo and Ensenada. As a non-profit organization devoted to healthcare, our medical and dental professionals are supported by volunteers, many of whom are pre-med students. Every participant follows the rules of Mexican health authorities in doing in Mexico only what they may legally do in the US. Clinics are typically held monthly, and annual clinic schedules are available.
